A God in Chains shortlisted for award
My Dying Earth-set novel, A God in Chains (Edge SF & Fantasy Publishing, 2019), is shortlisted as book of the year in the speculative fiction category for the Alberta Publishing Awards.
It’s a juried award that honors the publisher, not the author, but hey, a drive-by nomination is still pretty skookum.
By the way, the novel, set in the same milieu as the Raffalon and Baldemar stories, has racked up 33 five-star reviews on Amazon since it was released 11 months ago.
